We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Leadership Expert to join our team in Controlling.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will contribute to all areas of plant management and provide strong financial leadership. They will be responsible for coordination and preparation of business plans, month-end closing activities, and forecasting. Additionally, they will prepare and participate in monthly reviews with subdivision controlling, track and report capital expenditure projects, support performance initiatives, identify saving and optimization potentials, and ensure continuous improvement of processes and ERP software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Controlling in the automotive industry is required. Excellent English and Spanish language skills are essential, as well as being result-driven and analytical. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & ERP systems, is also necessary.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
