Job Title: Stock Integrity Investigator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Stock Integrity Investigator to join our team at JD Sports Fashion Plc. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for investigating stock integrity issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to improve stock availability and reduce abandonments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate stock integrity issues and identify root causes
- Liaise with the Stock Integrity Supervisor to agree on priorities and focus areas
- Recover missing or misaligned stock
- Conduct process investigations as directed by the Stock Integrity Supervisor
- Document findings and escalate issues to relevant individuals
- Support Retail and internet operations to improve stock availability
- Identify training requirements during investigations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Essential Skills:
- Strong systems knowledge, including WMS, Shogun, and Oracle Data Warehouse
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently and work under pressure
- Great attention to detail and ability to complete detailed work to a high standard
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Problem-solving skills and ability to see issues through to resolution
- Ability to build effective working relationships
