Job Summary:

Virtusa is seeking a highly skilled Fenergo Analyst to join our team. As a Fenergo Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the client onboarding process, providing technical support for the KYC Regulatory & Compliance team, and configuring, maintaining, and supporting the CLM workflows in the Fenergo SAAS application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the client onboarding process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support for the KYC Regulatory & Compliance team, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SCIB CLM technical ecosystem.
  • Configure, maintain, and support the CLM workflows in the Fenergo SAAS application, including implementing client-specific integrations and data migration from downstream systems.
  • Develop and support automated testing scripts for the KYC platform.
  • Support and execute deployments, and assist in transitioning systems to live environments.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor support team and other stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Fenergo and FenX (cloud version of Fenergo).
  • Good English and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Poland.
  • Knowledge of KYC (know your customer), Regulatory and Compliance, and banking.
