About the team you will be part of

You will report to the Senior Manager of Settlement Operations, working alongside a diverse and inclusive team.

Your typical responsibilities will include

  • Processing bank orders for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds
  • Conducting matching activities, monitoring bank statements, and resolving discrepancies
  • Preparing Hinge Account Reconciliations and ensuring precision
  • Generating both external and internal reports
  • Updating user manuals and promoting best practices in operations
  • Coordinating with Customer Service for operational inquiries
  • Completing any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Manager

We would like to hear from you if you possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in treasury or finance
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Access
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in the aviation sector is advantageous
  • Key competencies include customer focus, adaptability, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication
