Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Orchestration Lead at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing technology platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance user behavior, define and enable personalized digital customer journeys, optimize campaign performance, and drive meaningful growth through innovative digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to create and execute digital journeys that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across all digital platforms.
- Act as a power user of Martech platforms and tools, facilitating their adoption and ensuring their effective use.
- Utilize advanced personalization tools to create targeted and compelling digital experiences across different audiences and channels.
- Implement strategic tests in collaboration with Web, Analytics, and Media teams to analyze campaign performance and continuously refine and elevate the user experience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and user behavior, generating data-driven hypotheses for improving the digital customer journey, conversion rates, and supporting strategic decisions.
- Architect the use of the Martech stack, acting as a Power User to support the needs of global and regional marketing teams, identify, and share best practices to scale its use and drive efficiency.
- Communicate timelines, objectives, and accomplishments with a wide range of stakeholders, including Strategic Managers, Marketing Operations, global and central teams, and senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing Automation, conversion rate optimization, omnichannel marketing, or a similar role, using tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and performance metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar tools is ideal.
- Passionate about driving digital transformation and innovation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects by working with cross-functional teams.
