**Job Description:**

At Qoria Limited, a fast-growing technology company based in Barcelona, we're seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Analytics Team, you'll play a crucial role in growing and expanding our data platform to solve current and future challenges.

**Your Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives and goals, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, derive conclusions from observed user behavior, and advise recommendations and solutions from an analytics standpoint.
  • Work closely with data engineers to develop and deploy tools and techniques for large-scale analysis.
  • Extract business insights from large datasets using predictive algorithms and machine learning techniques.
  • Guide and train business stakeholders to enable them to analyze data effectively.
  • Evaluate current data quality and suggest improvements or adjustments to keep it up-to-date with the company's reality.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and data storage techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in large-scale data warehousing (Redshift, Google Big Query, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of statistics and ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodology.
  • Experience with at least one cloud-based business intelligence solution (Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Proficiency in at least one data mining capable language: R or Python.
  • Familiarity with Version Control systems (we use Git).
  • Understanding of traditional machine learning and predictive algorithms, as well as basic NN concepts.
