- Facilitate communication between businesses and data & market research experts, acting as a liaison to identify groundbreaking business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, trends, and connect with the global strategy organization and other regions on J&J strategic insights.
- Continuously scan ways to enhance data analytics & customer insights, data applications, and approaches from J&J globally, or from other external players inside and outside the pharma sector.
- Develop compelling, logically structured, actionable data-driven insights (including storytelling of research/analytics findings); drive the application of analytics and behavioral science to influence key strategic decisions.
- Orchestrate and support strategies to thrive Field Force Effectiveness based on customer needs and data insights.
- Identify key brand uncertainties and develop scenario-based analysis.
- Lead the preparation of deliverables (e.g., meeting agendas, presentations) for key project meetings and leadership communications.
- Define, track, and monitor initiatives (KPIs, field force, content) to improve BACI CoE performance.
- Be an Integrated Brand Value Team Core member and participate in CVTs on a monthly basis.
- Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience and Skills: A minimum of 7 years of related experience is required. Experience in the Healthcare industry is required. Stakeholder Management is required. Experience in business and customer service. Experience and a consistent track record leading data analytics programs is required. Consistent record of solving ambiguous and highly complex data problems is required. Ability to establish relationships and prioritize work from a diverse group of partners is required. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
