About Liftra
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team located in Bilbao. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of Onshore and Offshore Liftra product applications, maintaining adherence to schedule constraints, all while fulfilling design objectives and requirements.
This role will entail working closely with various departments within the company, including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Procurement.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Leading the management of assigned projects from the sales stage to product delivery. Typical project scope includes complex lifting equipment encompassing engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
- Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and identify necessary resources for execution.
- Monitoring and Control: Supervise project progress, identify potential deviations, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular reports on project status and milestones achieved.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, thereby minimizing potential obstacles that may arise.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all project stages, including requirements documentation, blueprints, progress reports, and final assessments.
About You:
You have experience in Project Management within the wind market or similar (metallurgical, heavy industry, capital goods). Education in Engineering - Bachelor or Master's degree- related to Mechanical Design/Industrial. Additionally: Fluent in English, Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or PMI), Strong organizational, managerial and communication skills, Decision-making and problem-solving abilities, High knowledge on Industrial Standards. Valuable wind turbine sector knowledge, Ability to work independently and open-minded, Flexibility to travel.
