About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team at Recruit 121 Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data migration objects for a major SAP project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of SAP Data Migration, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Design, develop, and execute data migration objects, leveraging expertise in BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit.
  • Enhance and debug migration objects to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Assess and improve data quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead data extraction and transformation workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes, utilizing expertise in data models, database design, and report writing.
  • Support data load and cutover activities, ensuring smooth transition to new systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and test complex data cleansing rules, leveraging expertise in data warehousing concepts and SQL queries.
  • Create validation reports for business owners, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience with end-to-end Data Migration Projects for SAP, leveraging expertise in BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit.
  • Technical knowledge of BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit, with proficiency in S4 Hana Data Migration, Fiori app, LTMC, and LTMOM.
  • LSMW experience is a plus, with expertise in data models, database design, and report writing.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • ABAP development experience is an advantage, with knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL queries.
  • Understanding of configuration, master, and transactional data handling, with strong communication skills and a proactive personality.
