About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and experienced claims professional to join our team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you'll be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and managing cyber claims, ensuring prompt and effective resolution for our policyholders. Your strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and technical expertise will enable you to excel in this challenging and rewarding role.
Responsibilities- Promptly respond to and resolve cyber claims, providing exceptional customer service and minimizing downtime for policyholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, and internal stakeholders through clear and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with our security and technology teams to develop proactive services and incident response plans tailored to each policyholder's unique needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of our network of external service providers, ensuring consistently high-quality service delivery.
- Work closely with local underwriting teams to foster strong relationships with key broker and capacity partners, driving business growth and expansion.
- Analyze and report on claims trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims data and records, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
