Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee all aspects of software and product testing. This includes developing test strategies, working with the team using Test-Driven Development (TDD), creating test documents, identifying faults, reviewing QA reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work on exciting products, unique challenges, and high-scale environments. Your contributions will have an immediate impact on our business success and that of our clients.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
- Lead the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
- Oversee the drafting of testing documents.
- Implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
- Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.
- Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market.
- Oversee the customer satisfaction process.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Experience in a test-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High-level analytical skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to project manage.
- Detail-oriented.
- Advocate of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with testing frameworks.
- Experience with High Volume data applications or real-time applications.
- Experience in B2B software development.
