IT Operations Innovation Specialist

The role of IT Operations Innovation Specialist is critical in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving actions to deliver enhanced performance. Through innovative solutions using advanced technology, the specialist will support operational teams across the region, ensuring the right tools are being used by operational staff and management teams. This includes designing new solutions to enhance operational tools and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for operational technologies across the region.
  • Perform project reviews/assessments to support improvements in productivity and efficiencies.
  • Support operations with performance tools calibration and KPI reporting.
  • Identify variation from key performance indicators in operations and work with local teams to chart remediation paths.
  • Develop two-way relationships with local operations teams.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong experience with relevant solutions from at least 2 of the following areas: Business Process Outsourcing/Management technical experience, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management, Information Governance, Advanced document capture and data recognition technologies, Experience with document scanning/digitization service delivery.
