Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate the information security objectives and requirements within the designated Siemens Gamesa IT Cybersecurity Operations domains. Execute the IT Cybersecurity Operations strategy in alignment with established standards and processes. Facilitate effective communication with business partners to ensure timely resolution of Cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities. Coordinate with internal IT teams and contractors to achieve Cybersecurity Operations goals. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Cybersecurity Operations - SOC processes to maintain an acceptable risk level for Siemens Gamesa. Oversee the operational effectiveness of IT Cybersecurity Operations resources, including personnel, processes, and technologies. Support the implementation of the IT Cybersecurity Operations framework MitreAtt&ck, ensuring that use cases and playbooks align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with SOC operations and vulnerability management to ensure effective threat intelligence processes. Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified Cybersecurity risks. Prepare reports for the IT Cybersecurity department and stakeholders as necessary. Assist in the planning, budgeting, and design of information security processes and IT infrastructure. Develop and deliver Cybersecurity training and advisory sessions. Analyze trends and advancements in the IT Cybersecurity field, with a focus on Cybersecurity Operations. Typically reports to an IT Manager or Team Leader and the CISO/ISO of the unit. The Cybersecurity Operations professional will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of SOC processes, adhering to the objectives set by the IT Cybersecurity Operations Manager.Qualifications

Proficiency in SIEM tools and familiarity with the MitreAtt&ck Framework Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems Knowledge of Antivirus and EDR tools Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and associated security tools Completion of SANS training (Monitoring and Detection, Penetration Testing, Cyber Defense Operations) Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1)What We Offer
