Chief Diversity Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Diversity program at Applus IDIADA.

The Chief Diversity Strategist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive work environment. This role will involve working across different areas of the organization to ensure alignment with company objectives and guidelines.

1. Lead the Design Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Program Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate various initiatives of the Diversity program at both domestic and international levels.
3. Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor progress and prepare reports for governing bodies using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various human resources areas (talent, recruiting, benefits, etc.) to achieve program objectives.

• Prior Experience: 5+ years of experience in designing and running diversity programs.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to energize teams and foster collaboration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
• Education: Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
