**Job Summary**
Sin Nombre is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our team in the development and management of all engineering activities related to the design of Offshore Wind Turbine Towers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tool chain and methodologies used on tower structural designs, as well as collaborating with external partners and internal engineering processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and control the tool chain and methodologies used for Offshore tower structural designs.
- Elaborate tower and foundation conceptual and detail design proposals.
- Lead the development of Tower & Foundation new components.
- Interface with external partners involved during all project/program phases in offshore wind farm projects.
- Internal execution of the engineering tasks required for site suitability and supporting Sin Nombre proposal.
- Planning and monitoring of Sin Nombre activities on the above for on-time delivery of the scope of work.
**Requirements**
- Engineering degree / university Degree: Offshore, Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in product development and engineering, at least 3 years.
- Experience in structural design, loads, component development, test and validation, transport, and installation.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge in large structures dynamics, fatigue, and extreme load cases.
- General knowledge of manufacturing and construction processes.
- Fluent in English.
- High level of team working, communication skills, and project management.

- Fully able to work in a dynamic international working environment.
- High level of commitment.
- Finite Element experience.
- Coding skills is a plus.
- Ability for efficient reporting.
- Results oriented: according to quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- Excellent in project documentation, report writing, project monitoring and reporting in view of contractual requirements.
