**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our safety, sustainability, and quality standards across diverse projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSEQ management standards, procedures, tools, and templates on-site
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and workers on health and safety concerns and solutions
• Deliver site inductions and communicate HSEQ updates via toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and alerts
• Perform routine site audits, inspections, and safety observations alongside operational personnel

**Skills and Experience:*

• Diploma in Work Health and Safety
• Lead Auditor qualification and experience conducting management system audits
• ICAM Investigator or equivalent certification
• Experience developing and implementing management systems, processes, and procedures

**Salary Information:** $110,000 - $140,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
