About the Role

The Foundation for International Education (FIE) is a leading international higher education organization with over 25 years of expertise in developing and managing experiential learning experiences. As a member of our Institutional Relations Team, you will play a key role in applying in-depth program development and marketing skills to meet the needs of current partners, grow new and existing partnerships, and develop new affiliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships with academic institutions and their cultures
• Effective communication and relationship-building with partners to foster trust and loyalty
• Identify and address partner concerns or issues effectively
• Understand sales data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance
• Build strong professional networks to support engagement, sales, and growth

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree level education
• Experience working in the US education sector, academic institutions, and their cultures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office package
