About the Role
The Foundation for International Education (FIE) is a leading international higher education organization with over 25 years of expertise in developing and managing experiential learning experiences. As a member of our Institutional Relations Team, you will play a key role in applying in-depth program development and marketing skills to meet the needs of current partners, grow new and existing partnerships, and develop new affiliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with academic institutions and their cultures
- Effective communication and relationship-building with partners to foster trust and loyalty
- Identify and address partner concerns or issues effectively
- Understand sales data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions and improve performance
- Build strong professional networks to support engagement, sales, and growth
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree level education
- Experience working in the US education sector, academic institutions, and their cultures
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office package
