Blood Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Blood Collection Specialist to join our team at Grifols, S.A. As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of plasma donors while collecting high-quality plasma.

1. Determine donor suitability through thorough interviews and medical evaluations.
2. Establish strong relationships with donors to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the donation process.
3. Respond to and manage donor reactions in a timely and professional manner.
4. Monitor donor and equipment health to guarantee the quality of collected plasma.
5. Set up, operate, and maintain automated plasmapheresis machines.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential.
• An interest in contributing to the betterment of society is a must.
• Possessing state licensures or certifications, where applicable, is a plus.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on location and experience.
