Job Opportunity
">This internship position is designed to support the daily operations of the department, providing a learning experience in a dynamic and professional environment.
">The intern will actively collaborate with different teams on key initiatives such as Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, administrative management, and internal communication.
">Main responsibilities and learning tasks:
">- ">
- Support in the organization and follow-up of recruitment processes (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, etc.).">
- Assist in the onboarding process for new colleagues.">
- Participate in internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives, including support with social media.">
- Provide support with administrative tasks in the department (document management, database updates, digital filing, etc.).">
- Assist in responding to inquiries from colleagues and leaders, offering guidance or directing questions to the right person.">
- Help foster a positive work environment based on open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.">
- Take part in cross-departmental projects and initiatives focused on employee well-being.">
To successfully perform in this internship position, the candidate should be able to fulfill each of the essential responsibilities satisfactorily.

- Interest in the luxury hospitality sector and a desire to learn how a high-end hotel operates.">
- Spanish fluency (spoken and written) is required; English is a plus.">
- Strong communication and writing skills.">
- Motivation to learn about labor regulations and Human Resources processes.">
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude, and willingness to contribute.">
- Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates a collaborative mindset.">
- Ability to interact comfortably with different people and environments.">
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of service quality.">
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).">
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.">
- Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling confidential information.">
- Flexibility and adaptability to various situations.">
- Positive attitude, motivation, and alignment with company values.">
Education and Requirements:

- Current students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Tourism, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.">
- Availability of an internship agreement with an educational institution.">
- No previous experience required, although academic or extracurricular experience in related areas will be valued.">
- Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.">
