Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Production Strategy Manager to contribute to the growth and success of our Logistics and Production areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the growth of new projects, from initiation to operational execution. Your focus will be on Logistics and Production Performance Areas, based on day-to-day analytical data.
You will track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will develop continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. Your goal will be to create and implement scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
As a Logistics and Production Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Production and Head of Logistics on strategic global key initiatives and analysis. You will also support the Director of Production and Logistics Iberia in their decision-making process.
Requirements- Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Strong work ethics, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and time-sensitive deadlines, while working in an autonomous way.
- Experience in leading and implementing new projects across different areas of responsibility.
- At least 4 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies, or Strategy Consulting.
- Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.
- English C1 or above.
