We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical service team, you will provide technical support to local customers in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities efficiently.
- Deliver effective training to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce accurate service reports, documenting time confirmation, spare parts used, and other essential details.
- Promote and sell M-I service products, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to achieve revenue targets and foster strong relationships.
- Travel to customer sites within your designated area and participate in national training events and meetings.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
- Solid ability to analyze situations and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask effectively.
- Strong command of Spanish and intermediate level English.
- Certification in relevant areas like Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking, Vision Cameras, or software capabilities.
- Deep understanding of technical products, preferably including Markem-Imaje's product range.
