As an Associate Director, Trial Clinical Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Phase I-IIIb Clinical Development studies. Your expertise will oversee study, country, and site-level activities, ensuring seamless site management and operational excellence. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to Clinical Site Leads, fostering a culture of quality and performance oversight. By leveraging expertise from Global Development Operations, you will implement operational excellence strategies, facilitate timely issue escalation, and promote solution-oriented thinking within study teams. Your collaboration on patient-directed recruitment strategies and integration of insights from stakeholders will enhance study design. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role is part of a global team and can be based in any city in Spain.

Requirements:
Graduate degree in Medical or Life Sciences, or equivalent. Clinical operations experience across Phases I-IIIb. Expert knowledge of clinical development principles and regulatory environments. Desired experience in Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology. Over 10 years in clinical research within CRO, pharma, or biotech, including site management and study planning. Strong skills in adaptability, critical thinking, communication, and analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in risk assessment and problem-solving. Fluent in English and local language; travel may be required (up to 20%).
