About the Job
We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our Admissions team, responsible for identifying and selecting high-potential students who will become successful tech professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inbound lead management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call.
- Consultative sales: Counsel applicants to our courses through interviews, asking thought-provoking questions, and actively listening to understand their career goals and educational needs.
- Pipeline management: Manage your admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups.
- Sales targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to improve processes, enhance conversions, and support projects.
- Product expertise: Develop expertise in our courses and the coding bootcamp industry.
- Additional responsibilities may include other sales and marketing initiatives you can propose.
Requirements:
- You have 2 years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or a similar role.
- You're a driven professional with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- You're fluent in Spanish & English.
- You possess excellent communication skills; confident and empathetic phone presence.
- You're comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- You're passionate about education and technology.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and appreciate autonomy.
