Salary
We offer a highly competitive salary package, with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
Job Description
As an Aerospace Program Manager at Alén Space, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, planning and tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing communication with clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects while meeting budget and scope expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders
- A proactive attitude to solve problems
- Good organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills in English (C1 equivalent)
- Knowledge of PMI and agile concepts
- An academic background in engineering
- Experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS management standards
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and similar quality standards
- Experience in team management
