Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to join our HR Solutions team. As an AI Expert for HR Transformation, you will be responsible for guiding and consulting with the HR team to identify potential AI use cases and implement AI-driven solutions in the HR space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the AI subject matter expert within the HR team, providing guidance and expertise on AI concepts and their implementation.
  • Identify potential AI use cases within HR IT, such as architectural chatbot strategy for different HR IT platforms.
  • Promote a spirit of curiosity about AI within the HR IT team, encouraging innovative thinking about how AI can enhance HR processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Inhouse HR-Solutions, Cyber Security, Web Solutions, Identity Management, and other colleagues.
  • Take responsibility as a (sub-)project lead and support solution proposals and bid management for third-party add-ons.
  • Deliver training and workshops to enhance the understanding and use of AI tools and concepts within the HR community and workers council representatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in implementation projects.
  • Experience in software development methodologies and agile project management.
  • Proven track record of AI experience, including experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Proficiency in AI-related programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their AI-related services.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR-related software.
  • Understanding of HR analytics and metrics.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), especially in the context of HR.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Proficiency in using AI development tools and platforms for model development and deployment.
  • Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices in the HR context.
