About the Role

Overview

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries and business functions, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to drive client engagement and satisfaction, resulting in increased revenue and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring seamless delivery of Gartner services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive client success and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Proficiency in German language skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
