Senior Human Resources Generalist

This Senior Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in driving consistency in ER processes across the organization, while minimizing risk and ensuring a positive, ethical workplace. As a trusted partner, they will exercise sound judgment, balance urgency and attention to detail, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this role include conducting reviews of sensitive employee relations issues, making recommendations in consultation with COEs, determining appropriate resolution or disciplinary action, and drafting coaching or disciplinary documents. The specialist will also provide consultative guidance and coaching for HRBPs and internal partners on employee relations matters, maintain detailed files for ER cases, and contribute to employee growth through ER training initiatives.

This role requires 5+ years of direct Employee Relations experience, knowledge of US & Canada employment laws and regulations, and the ability to spot employment risks and issues. Skilled professionals in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint are preferred.
