About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Graduate Area/Shift Manager to join our Customer Fulfillment operations team in various locations across the EU.
As a Graduate Area/Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team or process from day one, driving progress, and exercising sound judgement to ensure targets are realistic and achievable.
You will be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within Customer Fulfillment operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship.
Or you might work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team or process from day one
- Drive progress and exercise sound judgement
- Ensure targets are realistic and achievable
- Improve and streamline processes
Requirements:
- Positive leadership skills
- Professional business acumen
- Ability to work in non-traditional shift patterns
- Fluency in Italian and English
