We're looking for a Senior Project Manager Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team in Marbella, Spain.
As a Scrum Master, you'll work closely with our development teams to deliver new features that embody our company's vision and strategy.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Manage multiple projects of small to medium scale using agile methodologies.
- Ensure the development teams are embracing and practicing core agile principles.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks and creation of mitigation plans.
- Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation and innovation.
