This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills.
About the Role:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers, integrators and product teams to ensure quality and consistency of implemented solutions
- Participate in cross-functional design sessions, providing strategic and technical insight on integrations and user experience
- Evaluate and recommend technical and functional improvements to optimize service flows and experience within the CSM portal
- Document the technical architecture, integration diagrams and key processes related to the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSM Architect, with strong functional and technical knowledge
- Specific experience in designing CSM portals and integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Knowledge and experience in integrations with Adobe or similar solutions
- Experience in designing data flows, APIs, and service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP)
- Strong communication and collaborative work skills in multidisciplinary environments
- Advanced level of English
