Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect, SMB

Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business growth and innovation? Do you have a track record of delivering scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that drive customer success?

At Amazon, we're seeking a talented Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team and help our small and medium-sized business customers succeed in the cloud. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with our sales, business development, and product teams to craft cloud-based solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute technical strategies alongside sales and business development teams
  • Partner with customers and AWS teams to design and implement highly scalable and resilient cloud architectures
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment in the cloud
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries
  • 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
