**Job Description:**
In this position, you will answer and/or solve complex technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone or email, providing good customer service with high-quality technical knowledge. You will also identify and analyze technical issues by good listening and asking clear and concise questions. Relevant information gathered during customer contact will be documented into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary for this full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week) is approximately 40,000 euros gross per year, plus up to 10,000 euros gross per year in bonus. The position comes with a bring-a-friend referral bonus opportunity, full paid training on the company and project, and access to career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should have a proficient or bilingual level of English, completed ICT training, and knowledge of network architecture and Consumer Electronics products. A strong understanding of MS Office environment and good telephone etiquette are also essential. Experience in technical fields and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or Business-to-Business (B2B) environments are a plus.
