About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Galderma. As an IT Business Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Tax Reporting, you will play a critical role in connecting the business to our technical Oracle EPM - FCCS and TRCS environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Analysis
  • Analyse existing requirements, processes, data, trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define scope and create scoping documents to align business requirements.
Planning and Design
  • Drive early business and functional designs, high-level solutioning sessions, and high-level assessments in terms of efforts (resources, time, budget, skills).
  • Assess resource requirements and development timelines.
Solution Design, Build, and Deployment
  • Design, propose, and translate new requirements and enhancements to the solutions into functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into relevant solutions in line with customer objectives and IT strategy.
  • Prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with specified requirements.
  • Support project managers during building and testing phases.
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls and Galderma standards.
  • Coordinate the development of functional specification documents and solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Be the primary IT contact for any task executed by external consultants.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to drive evolutions and enhancements to the systems.
Run and Sustain
  • Establish and support the sustain model around the systems.
  • Support delivery as required (L2/L3 support).
  • Support audits from internal and external regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  1. Strong professional experience in a similar position, including accounting and financial reporting functions.
  2. Experience with financial performance management applications/platforms, including Oracle EPM, specifically Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud (FCCS), Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS).
  3. Experience in a fast-paced environment, commitment to execution in a rapidly changing and evolving global environment.
  4. Ability to communicate with and influence finance business leaders/partners and super users.
  5. Strong time and work management capabilities, prioritize key business peaks.
  6. Collaborative, yet able to operate independently; self-motivated/driven yet able to influence in a matrixed environment.
  7. Experience navigating diverse and virtual teams.
