Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the Front Office department's operational functions throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Supervise Night Shifts: Ensure safety, security, and a seamless guest experience.
- Review End-of-Day Takings: Compare logged reports to ensure accuracy.
- Edit Reports: Investigate any anomalies and ensure full completion.
- Train Front Office Team: Ensure accurate completion of systems and processes.
- Conduct Nightly Audits: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Manage Overnight Reservations: Provide efficient and friendly service.
- Handle Guest Complaints: Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Minimum 2 Years of Front Office Experience: At night shift, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Previous Experience with Pre-Opening: A big plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to Work Independently: Partner with others to promote teamwork.
