Estamos buscando a un Senior Software Engineer Backend para unirse a nuestro equipo de Digital Software Engineering en Grupo Iskaypet.

Como Staff Software Engineer (BE), tendrás un rol clave en nuestra organización, trabajando junto con los individual contributors y los Engineering Managers.

Estás involucrado en el proceso de contratación y tutoría del equipo, y tendrás un impacto amplio colaborando con iniciativas desafiantes a nivel cross squads.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar problemas de escalabilidad y entrega antes de que se conviertan en un problema y ayudar a diseñar e implementar soluciones.
  • Liderar técnicamente proyectos e iniciativas y garantizar la excelencia en el desempeño, de punta a punta.
  • Mejorar la confiabilidad, escalabilidad y desempeño de nuestros servicios para que siempre cumplan con sus SLAs.
  • Asegurar la sustentabilidad de la arquitectura y del código de los proyectos, alineándote a las decisiones técnicas estratégicas y de largo plazo que sean necesarias.
  • Trabajar en la mejora continua en los productos, sistemas y servicios existentes, produciendo código simple y mantenible.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • 10 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software y entrega de productos, con una sólida formación en algoritmos, modelos de datos y sistemas distribuidos de alto rendimiento y escalables.
  • Habilidad para analizar y simplificar decisiones rápidamente en un contexto cambiante, permitiendo crear grandes productos y tomar buenas decisiones de negocio.
  • Experiencia en AWS (EC2, S3, ECR, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS).
