Project Planning Specialist

Técnicas Reunidas, a leading Oil & Gas International Engineering and Construction Company, is seeking a skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure schedule alignment with project milestones
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays
  • Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical degree (e.g. Civil/Mechanical Engineering)
  • Extensive experience in refinery, petrochemicals, or power
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Foreign site experience a plus
