Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain the Enterprise Process Architecture Framework: Design and implement a structured and standardized approach to documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes.
- Implement and Manage the Process Library: Utilize Signavio to manage and govern the Process Library, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness of process documentation.
- Align Business Processes with Strategic Objectives: Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to identify key value-chain processes and respective hierarchies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Units: Work with business units to identify key products and services and how they provide value to customers, driving process improvement initiatives.
- Design Mechanisms for Process Documentation: Establish and maintain processes for ensuring accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
- Manage Change and Adoption: Implement and manage the Management of Change to ensure smooth adoption of new modelling guidelines.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in process architecture, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
- Provide Guidance and Mentoring: Offer guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
- Process Modelling Techniques and Tools: Strong understanding of process modelling techniques and tools, with hands-on experience with Signavio or similar tools.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Typical Experience: Typically, 8+ years' experience in process architecture, business process management, or related fields.
- Project Management Certification: Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification.
- Process Architecture Standard Frameworks: Experience with process architecture standard frameworks (e.g., APQC).
- Knowledge of HP's Processes: Knowledge of HP's processes would be an advantage.
- Process Documentation and Improvement Methodologies: Certification in process documentation and improvement methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Value Chain Process Hierarchies: Experience designing and implementing value chain process hierarchies.
- Change Management: Ability to manage change and drive process adoption.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, with highly developed collaboration, conflict resolution, relationship building, and communication skills.
- Enterprise Architecture Principles: Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Industry Best Practices: Awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends in process architecture.
