Our solutions also cater to hospitals, laboratories, research centers, and industries using vacuum technologies in energy, aerospace, and scientific research sectors.

We are looking for a skilled professional who will be responsible for managing transformation projects within set targets, covering SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems.

  • This role involves planning, managing, and controlling cross-departmental DT service projects, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
  • The ideal candidate will lead highly motivated project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across locations.
  • Gathering, structuring, and developing solutions based on business requirements is essential for this position.
  • Internal and external project resources need to be coordinated effectively.
  • The project manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring risks, scope, budget, and timelines are managed effectively.
  • Progress will be tracked, and adherence to project objectives and budgets will be ensured.
Your Profile
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field; project management certification is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in DT project management and SAP transformation programs, with responsibility for planning and execution.
  • Experience with large-scale, global SAP projects, SAP modules, system integration, data migration, performance issues, cybersecurity, and compliance is necessary.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other implementation frameworks is required.
  • A strong analytical, process-oriented, and conceptual approach is necessary.
  • Initiative, structure, and goal-oriented work style are essential.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills, with experience managing stakeholders, including C-level executives, are necessary.
  • Experience in organizational change management and user adoption strategies is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
