Job Summary:

The position of Visual Experience Designer is open at Insoft Philippines. As a key member of our Creatives Team, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing and executing visual content that meets and exceeds organizational standards. Your primary responsibility will be to work on projects that involve creating concept arts and marketing copies for various platforms.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Additionally, you will suggest timelines for project completion and submit regular progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create concept arts and marketing copies for various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Suggest timelines for project completion and submit regular progress reports.
• Ensure that project execution is within the deadline and budget allocation.
• Evaluate processes, methods, and procedures to improve marketing and design efficiency and quality.
