About the Role
Aquila Capital Concepts Gmbh is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Accounting and Administration Specialist to join our financial team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the supplier team to ensure timely registration and payment of invoices.
- Manage accounting of receipts and payments, including bank reconciliations.
- Participate in the sales and purchases of companies, elaborating associated bank transactions.
- Communicate with the Executive Board for the signature of documents and approval of transfers/payments.
- Support the Financial Controllers in monthly accounting closings.
- Support in audits of Financial Statements of companies.
- Manage document management and bank account openings/closings, guarantees, deposits, etc.
- Support in monthly compliance reports of a portfolio of companies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Basic accounting skills.
- Responsible and organized person.
- Teamwork and proactive attitude.
