Job Title: Payments Analyst

At Hireroo, we are seeking a highly skilled Payments Analyst to join our team. As a Payments Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems, resolving queries and issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and payment providers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reduce fraud and bonus abuse by methodically checking withdrawals.
  • Ensure payments are made to end-customers successfully and within specified time frames.
  • Respond to queries and tickets from operators and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Track issues from reporting to resolution and take immediate action to mitigate losses.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong working relationships.
  • Enforce Responsible Gaming policy across all brands.
  • Process large quantities of data in a fast-moving environment.
  • Assist teams within Customer Operations with tasks when required.
  • Report critical issues to a Senior Payments Analyst or Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Payments Analyst or in processing iGaming payments.
  • Extensive Sportsbook knowledge or experience.
  • Familiarity with popular payment methods and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Atlassian products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
