Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a powerful marketing strategy across all marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the marketing department to accelerate business growth and expansion.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy across all marketing functions, including SEO, video, paid ads, marketing automation, and more.
- Manage and allocate resources based on priorities and business goals.
- Coach and mentor direct reportees to help them reach their full potential.
- Hire and train new talent for the marketing team.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns and projects.
- Liaise with the CEO on setting marketing strategy, goals, and budgets.
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Success, and other relevant departments to accelerate growth.
- Create reports and dashboards for the CEO.
In the first month, you'll be trained in PIM basics and gain a working knowledge of our software capabilities. You'll also engage with our customer success team and observe client interactions to better understand our product and position it in your strategies. You'll meet your team and other important stakeholders from other departments to get familiar with their roles and how you can work together. You'll have regular check-ins with the CEO to stay on top of progress.
