**Drive Business Growth with Transgate Global Careers**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by prospecting and onboarding coaches, demonstrating the value of our services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM, and a desire to work in a competitive, target-driven business sales team. You will be working independently and driving your own work in the face of ambiguity, so being proactive and results-oriented is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the coaching industry, including dating, life, executive, nutrition & wellness, personal finance, and public speaking coaches.
- Demonstrating how Wavely can help coaches start, manage, and enhance their podcasts, including content creation, editing, and producing clips.
- Utilizing Hubspot CRM to track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
- Working within a competitive and target-driven environment, aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the sales manager.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- Proactiveness, evidenced by taking action without being told and working independently.
- Results-orientation, shown by building and managing your own pipeline to ensure you hit your metrics.
- Deal closing skills, involving aligning the sale to a business goal or need and managing negotiations.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to be concise and articulate while also being persuasive and convincing.
