**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our Information Security Management System (ISMS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, confidentiality, traceability, regulatory compliance, and integrity of our information systems and data.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity plan to protect our systems and data.
- Ensure the security of our information systems and continuously improve our security standards.
- Protect our customers' data and funds by implementing robust security measures.
- Collaborate with our product development team to ensure the security by design of our products.
- Maintain our ISO 27001 certification and ensure that our security documentation is up to date.
- Act as the security ambassador for our company, working closely with teams and management to promote a culture of security.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems security in technical positions (auditor, security analyst).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
- Experience in managing an ISMS and good knowledge of security best practices and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to clearly articulate security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in fintech or payment industry is a plus.
