Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients in the field or remotely, diagnosing complex problems and offering effective solutions.
- Manage complete repair projects on a range of products, including thrusters, propellers, azimuths, servo-rudders, stabilizers, and more, adhering to established quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of work and collaborate closely with all departments of the company.
- Write technical reports and communicate complex information in a clear and structured manner.
Requirements:
- Academic training in Naval Machines or a related field.
- Professional experience on board ships practicing the profession of naval machinist or previous relevant experience in the industrial sector.
- Analytical capacity for problem-solving, determination, and tenacity.
- Ability to manage human teams and resources in variable situations, with a focus on teamwork and results-oriented approaches.
- Ability to understand mechanical plans and electrohydraulic circuits.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
