Payroll & HR Services Manager

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren payroll- en HR-dienstenmanager om onze payroll-operaties te leiden. Deze rol zal cruciaal zijn bij het centraliseren van payroll- en andere HR-administratieve processen, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met lokale regelgeving en hoogwaardige diensten worden geleverd aan onze medewerkers. Je rapporteert aan de HR-manager EMEA.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
Centralisatie van payroll-processen:
- Leid de consolidatie en standaardisatie van payroll-processen door in verschillende regio's binnen de organisatie.
Payrollbeheer en -operaties:
- Overzie de payroll-proces van begin tot eind, samen met de teamleden die de maandelijkse payroll uitvoeren, om ervoor te zorgen dat de payroll accuraat en op tijd wordt geleverd.
HR-administratie:
- Beheer en stroomlijn HR-administratieve processen, waaronder medewerkerrecords, benefits-administratie en naleving van arbeidswetten. Bied praktische ondersteuning aan aan het team in de HR-administratieve processen wanneer nodig.
Teamleiderschap:
- Bouw en beheer een hoog presterend payrollteam, waarbij je leiding geeft, training en ondersteuning biedt om operationele uitmuntendheid te waarborgen.
Processverbetering:
- Identificeer en implementeer processverbeteringen om de efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid van payroll- en HR-administratieve processen te verbeteren.
Naleving:
- Zorg ervoor dat alle relevante lokale en internationale payrollregelgeving en arbeidswetten worden nageleefd.
Rapportage:
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud payrollrapporten en dashboards voor managementbeoordeling en besluitvorming.
Wat wij vragen:
Onderwijs:
- Bachelor's diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance of een gerelateerd veld.
Ervaring:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in payroll en/of HR-administratie, binnen een gedeeld servicemiddelpunt in een multinationale omgeving.
Schillen:
- Sterk inzicht in payrollprocessen en HR-administratie.
- Uitstekende leiderschaps- en teambeheerskills.
- Proficiënt in payrollsoftware en HR-systeem.
- Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Vloeiend in het Engels; aanvullende talen zijn een plus.
