Job Title: Clinical Charge Nurses for Private Hospital in Kuwait
We are seeking experienced Clinical Charge Nurses for our private hospital in Kuwait. The roles will be based in Obstetrics and Gynecology, IVF, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Theaters departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 5 years of post-graduation experience in a senior or supervisory role. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Middle Eastern country is preferred, with registration with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Clinical Charge Midwife/Nurse – Labor & Delivery: Oversee nursing/midwifery staff, ensuring safe and effective care during childbirth, managing complex cases, and coordinating with obstetricians.
• Clinical Charge Nurse – Coronary Care Unit (CCU): Supervise care in the CCU for patients with severe cardiac issues, ensuring high-quality, critical care for heart-related conditions.
• Clinical Charge Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Manage nursing staff in the ICU, caring for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support, often with life-threatening conditions.
• Clinical Charge Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Oversee nurses providing specialized care for premature or critically ill newborns, coordinating with pediatricians and ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Clinical Charge Nurse – Emergency Department (ED): Supervise emergency room nurses, ensuring rapid and accurate triage, treatment, and management of acute and critical conditions.
• Clinical Charge Nurse – Inpatient Department (IPD): Manage nursing staff providing care to hospitalized patients in various departments, ensuring effective coordination, patient safety, and discharge planning.
