Job Summary

As a Delivery Assurance Specialist at Trigo Adr Americas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of critical parts to our aerospace customers. This position requires strong manufacturing experience, with a focus on root cause analysis and effective communication skills to develop strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the suppliers' manufacturing shop, from raw material phase to delivery to the customer.
  • Proactively work with suppliers to monitor parts and support on-time deliveries to our aerospace customers.
  • Identify risks and perform root cause analysis to develop recovery plans and mitigate potential delivery delays.
  • Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to stakeholders, including customers and prime aerospace manufacturers.
  • Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and lead meetings to drive process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Manufacturing experience of 5-10 years, preferably in Machine Shop/Sheet Metal.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance, or related field.
  • Some PCB experience and experience working on process improvement teams or Six Sigma certification.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, with basic Excel skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a current/active driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Local citizenship required.

  • Productivity: Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction.
  • Mobility: Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities, including light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Vision: Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others.
  • Environment: Typical office conditions, working with the Quality management team, SMS team, and external customers.
