Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to participate in acquisition efforts across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, consolidation, and financial-administrative control of all the companies that make up Juniper Group, as well as monitoring, analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
The ideal candidate will have deep accounting and financial knowledge, with previous experience in either sell-side or buy-side transactions. They will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing reports of the different business units within Juniper Group for subsequent consolidation, supporting and supervising internal and external audits requested by the parent company, automating processes and procedures to reduce reporting time and increase analysis time, and supporting in the construction of quarterly budgets and follow-up of differences between reality and estimates.
Responsibilities
- Supervision, consolidation, and financial-administrative control of all the companies that make up Juniper Group.
- Monitoring, analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Review and analysis of the reports of the different business units within Juniper Group for subsequent consolidation.
- Support and supervision in internal and external audits requested by the parent company.
- Automation of processes and procedures in order to reduce reporting time and increase analysis time.
- Support in the construction of quarterly budgets and follow-up of differences between reality and estimates.
