Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy: Translate business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy, conducting market research and competitive analysis to develop products that meet market needs.
- Product Development: Support product initiatives at all stages, developing product and functional requirements, prioritizing features and enhancements, and opening and monitoring the execution of tasks.
- Product Management: Manage product user experience/user interface and use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure cohesive product development and execution.
- Product Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and manage product metrics (financial, conversion, gaming) and sales funnels.
- Retention Strategies: Design and implement robust retention processes, focusing on customer segmentation, timing, and personalized offers, and work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted retention campaigns that maximize customer lifetime value.
- Documentation: Create documentation, introduce benchmarks, both industry's and company's.
- Team Management: Manage and develop product teams (CMS, SRM, Retention team).
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
- Product Development: Strong and proven product development track record.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Acquisition & Retention: Experience with Acquisition & Retention (CRM, email marketing and content, promo and campaign management, bonuses, and gamification).
- A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing, post-analysis of split results.
